I've included links on this page to information about what's happening on the planet at this time from an energetic perspective, some healing modalities that I've found to be helpful, as well as meditations that I use and a few books and authors that have important information.
We all have different interests and unique paths to travel, even if they're all...ultimately...leading us to the same destination. This information is here as a resource for those who are interested and is simply a list of things that I have found personally helpful. I respect your intuition and discrestion to either click on or click back out!
Everything is Energy
With his famous equation E= mc2, Albert Einstein proved the when you come right down to it everything in the universe is energy. Both the physical plane of our reality of matter and the abstract reality of our mind are made up of energy patterns.
Since everything is energy, all healing ultimately involves energy. Most healing methods are focused on the physical, mental and emotional levels of life, without recognition of the deeper underlying energy. Energy management and healing works purely with the energetic level of our being. Since everything is made up of patterns of energy, working directly with energy influences the physical, mental and emotional, as well as the spiritual level.
Dr. Mehemet Oz has said that "We're beginning now to understand things that we know in our hearts are true but we could never measure. As we get better at understanding how little we know about the body, we begin to see that the next big frontier in medicine is energy medicine. It's not the mechanistic part of the joints moving. It's not the chemistry of our body. It's understanding for the first time how energy influences how we feel."
EFT Information (Emotional Freedom Technique)
EFT or Tapping techiniques are a series of astoundingly fast and easy processes that can help just about anyone to achieve genuine freedom from emotions and beliefs that have created problems in their lives. These techniques have been described by some as one of the most important breakthroughs in the area of psychology in this century. They have been used successfully with thousands of people with a broad range of difficulties. It works on the body's energy field and I've used this myself with wonderful success.
