9 pm...Christmas Day...in bed...sick
There's no good time to get sick but away from home and staying with friends/family that I don't see often enough to begin with...that's soooo not a good time to be ill.
However, I did manage to tuck into a delicious Christmas lunch in a very swanky restaurant before the damage hit, so it wasn't all sad! I barely raised my head off the pillow until this morning...just in time to head for the ferry and home. And I was very well looked after.
Hope your Christmas was a good one dear friends,
This photograph was taken for Mary's Project 24 for Christmas Day at This Old House. My assigned time to document was 9 pm and this was where I was at that time! I crawled out of bed, snapped a pic with my phone and crawled back in again. That's dedication for ya!
So sorry you were sick...Are you feeling better now?
We are having a wee storm this evening. I am hoping for no power loss! Other than that possibility a wee storm is welcome!
Merry Christmas kate.

So sorry to hear you were sick on Christmas evening but bed was definitely the cosiest and best place to be. I do hope you're well and truly on the mend now.
A very Happy New Year to you, Kate ~ xo

Sorry to hear you were ill Kate. My daughter was stuck ill on Christmas also. Not a happy place to be! I hope that you are feeling much better now xx
P.S. well done documenting your whereabouts, even though it must have been an effort!

So sorry to hear you were ill on Christmas! What a bummer! Love the picture though. The prescription bottle says it all. I hope you're feeling better Kate. Take care.
